Employee Desktop Live Viewer is equipped with two separate components: Viewer and Agent. The Viewer is installed on the computer (Server) of administrator or the manager and Agent is installed on the computers of employee(s) (target) that are to be monitored. Network of the Organization plays crucial role in this real time monitoring of the employee activities; quick and speedy network connectivity makes it easy to transfer captured screenshots by Agent to the Viewer.
Agent can be installed remotely on the target computers from the Viewer of Employee Desktop Live Viewer. After successfully completing the first step of computer(s) registration next step is to install the Agent.
